Svbux adalah salah satu PTC baru (resmi launching 19 Agustus 2009) yang sedang banyak diminati. PTC ini akan sebagus Neobux mungkin :) Seperti PTC modern yang lain, SVbux memilik sistem instant payment Alertpay maupun paypal. Tampilan lumayan, dan stabil (jarang ada error).

Buxhost adalah salah satu script yang disediakan untuk penyedia PTC. Script ini murah, memiliki tampilan yang sederhana, sehingga loading tidak lemot. Saking sederhananya, sekilas PTC product Buxhost terlihat seperti PTC murahan dan tidak membayar. Padahal, jika diteliti lebih lanjut, banyak juga yang membayar beneran. TrekPay

TrekPay adalah salah satu PTC yang banyak disukai. TrekPay tidak seperti PTC lain, TrekPay tidak memerlukan timer saat kita mengeklik iklan. Jadi kita klik iklan seperti biasa, lalu setelah web terbuka di halaman baru, kita dapat langsung menutupnya tanpa menunggu timer apapun, dan otomatis sudah tercredit (dianggap sudah ngeklik). Untuk lebih menghemat bandwitdh atau mempercepat loading, matikan saja image browser anda karena tidak dibutuhkan image verification di sini. Kalau memakai firefox, buka Alat > Pengaturan > klik tab Isi > Hilangkan centangan pada "Muat gambar secara otomatis".
TrekPay menggunakan sistem credit setiap klik. Jadi, setiap kita mengeklik iklan di TrekPay otomatis akan terkredit sesuai dengan besar kredit masing-masing iklan (tertulis di sana). Setelah kredit terkumpul, seteiap hari Kamis (WIB) kredit kita akan dikonfersi menjadi dolar.
Kalau sudah terkumpul $5.5 kita bisa menariknya lewat paypal. Sayangnya TrekPay tidak mensupport alertpay.

Cara Buat Account Alertpay

Alertpay adalah semacam rekening elektronik (seperti e-gold) yang sudah diterima dunia. Daftar gratis, sama kayak e-gold. Bedanya kita perlua mengupload data diri kita agar account alertpay kita bisa verified. Memang daftarnya lebih ribet daripada e-gold, tapi karena ribet itu lah, saya rasa keamanannya lebih terjamin pula. Hampir semua PTC terkenal di dunia menggunakan media pembayaran via alertpay.

Berikut langkah-langkah pembuatan account alertpay

Persiapan:
1. Data diri Anda sesuai dengan ktp atau tagihan credit card....

Berikut Langkah2nya:
1. Masuk ke Alertpay.com, lalu klik di sign-up

2. Pilih negara Anda disini (Indonesia)

3. Pilih account yang Anda inginkan. Jika Anda baru menggunakan ini dan menggunakan ini hanya untuk menerima dan mengirim uang, pilih personal starter... lalu klik di get started.

4. Isilah data-data yang diminta dengan benar sesuai dengan kartu identitas yang akan Anda gunakan untuk verifikasi.

5. Setelah selesai, klik di Next, lalu isilah data-data login Anda dengan benar termasuk alamat e-mail yang akan Anda gunakan untuk transaksi.

6. Jika sudah, klik Register...

7. Anda akan diberi konfirmasi bahwa Account telah dibuat.

8. Langkah selanjutnya adalah buka e-mail Anda, lalu cek di inbox. Jika alamat e-mail yang tadi anda masukan benar, maka seharusnya sekarang ada e-mail dari Alertpay. Buka e-mail tersebut dan klik di link untuk verify email...

9. Anda akan dibawa kembali ke website Alertpay. Masukan password Anda dan klik Log In.

10. Kemudian Anda akan diminta untuk membuat nomor PIN. Sama seperti ATM, Anda diharuskan untuk mengisi nomor PIN sebelum melakukan transaksi keluar.

11. Jika sudah, klik Submit... maka selesai Step pertama untuk membuka Account di AlertPay.

Langkah berikutnya adalah verifikasi alamat Anda, caranya:
Kirimkan hasil scan dari ID Anda, misalnya KTP, SIM atau PASPORT, dan kirimkan hasil scan dari Bukti Alamat, contoh... tagihan kartu kredit, tagihan telp, rekening koran, dll...
Alertpay akan mengirimkan email jika sudah selesai. Proses verifikasi dapat memakan waktu hingga 1 minggu. Sementara itu Account Anda masih dapat digunakan!

Pakailah nama orang yang ada bukti kalo dia tinggal disitu. Misal rekening listrik, bukti bayar rekening telpon, kartu kredit, dll. Kalo saya pake nama bapak saya, soalnya saya gak ada bukti kalo saya tinggah di rumah ini, hikz...

PTC hanya seperti permainan tapi hasilin duit. Lha kerjaan kita cuma klik sana klik sini koq. Meski begitu mudahnya, setelah join, biasanya beberapa orang mungkin bingung mau apa setelah join. Saya sering dapet referal yang join aja, belum pernah klik iklan sama sekali. Join PTC tanpa klik adalah sia-sia tapi, mengeklik tapi tidak sampai cashout lebih sia-sia. Jadi saya buatkan petunjuk ini biar gak ada lagi yang bingung. Berikut Petunjuk Bermain PTC yang aman untuk anda :

Setelah join, beberapa PTC akan mengirimkan email verifikasi ke anda. Langsung buka email, verifikasi biar bisa login. Jika abis join langsung bisa login, ya langsung login aja.
Setelah itu, cari tab SURF ADS. Kalo gak ada, cari kata2 yang artinya mendekati itu, misal SURF NEWS, VIEW ADS, EARNING AREA, dll.
Akan muncul banyak iklan disitu. Klik satu-persatu, jangan bersamaan. Jika satu iklan belum selesai (jika selesai timer akan 0 dan muncul tulisan done atau centang biasanya), jangan buka iklan yang lain, iklan yang anda buka bersamaan tidak akan dihitung ngeklik alias buang2 waktu.

Buka 5 PTC sekaligus. Dari masing-masing PTC klik ads/iklan satu-persatu (kalau benar, maka 1 mozila firefox akan menggunakan 10 tab). Ini akan sangat menghemat waktu. Ingat! buka satu per satu, jangan membuka 2 iklan sekaligus di PTC yang sama. Itu tidak akan dihitung.
Klik iklan tiap hari rutin, atau tepatnya tiap 24 jam sekali. Karena tiap 24 jam, iklan akan direfresh kembali (beberapa PTC direfresh pada jam yang ditentukan). Dengan mengeklik iklan 1 jam tiap hari, seapes-apesnya anda bisa menghasilkan 10 ribu per hari.

Setelah anda mengeklik satu iklan, akan muncul timer/waktu hitung mundur (beberapa PTC tanpa timer). Timer itu akan muncul setelah web terbuka semua. Kalo anda mau ngirit dan cepet bukaknya, setelah web roll di samping kanan nongol langsung aja tekan tombol esc di keyboard. Dan timerpun akan berjalan tanpa menunggu halaman web terbuka semua. Itu akan menghemat waktu dan quota tagihan internet anda. Biar lebih hemat lagi, matikan images. Tapi beberapa PTC mengharuskan kita untuk mengaktifkan images karena ada nomor verifikasi yang harus dicocokkan.

Beberapa aturan yang harus dipatuhi adalah :

Jangan maen curang dengan memasang mesin pengeklik otomatis dan sebagainya. Negara Indonesia pernah kena BANNED karena terlalu banyak member yang curang. Jika anda curang, itu makin mencemarkan nama baik bangsa kita.
Milikilah hanya 1 ID. PTC tidak memperbolehkan kita punya lebih dari 1 ID. So, jangan coba-coba iseng nambah refferal dengan membuat 2 ID. Admin PTC bermutu akan segera tau.
Jika ada saudara serumah yang ingin join, jangan pakai komputer yang sama / IP sama. Kalo untuk mengeklik iklannya juga lebih aman lagi kalo juga pake komputer berbeda. Pokoknya, jangan join 2x dengan IP yang sama.
Buatlah account alertpay, karena hampir semua PTC menggunakan alertpay sebagai media pembayaran. Cara buat alertpay klik disini.
Berhati-hatilah terhadap iklan jebakan. Sangat sayang jika anda tidak curang tapi dicap curang dan kena suspend. Sebaiknya baca ads/iklan baik2 sebelum anda mengeklik karena di beberapa PTC dipasang iklan jebakan untuk mesin otomatis. Biasanya di iklan paling bawah.
Klik iklan secara rutin, kalau bisa tiap hari karena Beberapa PTC mematok akan memblokir ID tertentu yang tidak mengeklik iklan selama hari yang ditentukan (tiap-tiap PTC berbeda), misalnya 30 hari, atau 2 bulan, dll. Rata-rata orang gagal karena tidak rutin mengeklik atau berhenti di tengah jalan sebelum berhasil cashout. Karena itu, jika anda memutuskan join, maka seriuslah, klik tiap hari, sampai minimal cashout pertama mampir di alertpay anda. Setelah itu, belilah atau sewalah refferal di PTC yang paling anda percayai (tapi jangan terlalu serakah). Tidak mustahil anda punya 2000 refferal yang bisa menghasilkan ratusan dolar tiap hari tanpa campur tangan anda.

Jika mau join under orang lain, pastikan nama refferernya sesuai. Jika tidak sesuai, ketikkan secara manual. Karena sering ada bug yang membuat kolom refferer tidak terisi otomatis.
Selalu tanyakan pada yang lebih tau / berpengalaman sebelum invest / upgrade dll. Gali informasi detail mengenai PTC yang akan anda investkan daripada anda rugi.
Bersabarlah. Tidak ada rejeki mendadak kecuali menang undian (dalam PTC biasanya disiapkan undian). Semua perlu kesabaran dan kerja keras.

Semua PTC di list depan ada sekitar 20. Kita anggap hanya 10 saja yang benar yang 10 lagi SCAM. Tiap PTC kita anggap menghasilkan $0.1 per hari. Sehingga tiap hari kita hanya mengantongi $1 saja. Downline at PTC doesn't same with MLM that trough the deepness (downline's downline)... :D

If the owner of PTC have big financial capital, he will not hire free domain. He must be hire paying domain that better. Its mean, don't join to poor PTC. If the owner is poor, what about the member?

2. Have standard design

3. No forum, no support.

I have information that Neobux is the best PTC in the PTC world. The layout indeed very good. But the promise is not suitable with the fact. Neobux said $0.02 per click. But I try to click, just earn $0.01. Beside that, Neobux also make us to waiting the web to finish loading, because if we press esc key in keyboard, the timer is not work. But, the good news is we must not activate the image, bacause we will not click the suitable number like captcha like at others PTC, example earn3, extra10, and buxout that make us to activate the image. How to safed time when clicking PTC sites

I have some secret about clicking PTC sites. Sometimes, we want to make clicking activity fast, but we must wait until 30 second or 20 second before we get the money. We also must waiting for loading of website to appear the timer at the top corner.
Some PTC can did this secret method at clicking, but other PTC can't. We can press Esc keys in keyboard to stop the website loading and start the timer. So, we must not wait until the website finish all loading, so we can make the process faster.

EAST LANSING -- The credit crunch that has roiled the financial and housing markets nationwide has hit Michigan college students squarely in the wallet.

The federal student loan industry, which brought in nearly $60 billion last year, has been rocked by dozens of lenders pulling out of business, taking with them incentives that made borrowing cheaper. Many banks have boosted interest rates and upped credit score criteria, ultimately making it more costly and difficult to borrow nonfederal loans.

The chaos in the loan industry comes when students could use the help the most, with record-high tuition prices and parents stunned by layoffs and buyouts that have become commonplace in Michigan.

"It scares ... me on a regular basis," said Mandy Griffin, 18, a Michigan State University sophomore who has thousands of dollars in student loans.

"Am I really going to be able to afford all the money I'm going to have to borrow?"

Students and parents at MSU have been particularly hard hit.

About 98 percent of federal loan borrowers at MSU participated in Michigan Students First, a state-run program that offered unprecedented benefits to its borrowers: Rebates on all origination fees and 0 percent interest after three years of on-time payments. The state suspended the program in April, unable to raise the capital to buy loans.

"It was the best program in the country for students and parents," said Richard Shipman, director of financial aid at MSU, about the Michigan Students First program that saved MSU students and parents $50 million annually in borrowing costs.

"It is unlikely we will see anything like that again."

New loans cost more

Borrowers under the program -- an estimated 60,000 statewide last year -- were forced to find another lender, but the new loans would ultimately cost them more money, Shipman said.

A typical MSU freshman could pay $544 more to borrow the maximum $3,500 subsidized federal loan, compared with borrowing last year through Michigan Students First. For parents, the difference is even more dramatic: about $3,100 more to borrow a typical loan of about $10,500, assuming they made their loan payments on time to receive the interest rate reduction.

Since there are caps on how much money students can borrow through the federal government, students have turned in droves to private lenders to cover the rising cost of tuition. But interest rates are typically higher on private loans.

The credit crunch also slammed private lenders, halting new loans at the state of Michigan's MI-LOAN program this year. Lenders still in business have increased interest rates on average by 1 percent and upped their credit score criteria to at least 650, cutting off about 10 percent of would-be borrowers, said Mark Kantrowitz, publisher of FinAid.org.

Simply put: "It's going to cost more for private student loans," said Justin Draeger, spokesman for the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.

Lenders drop out

Colleges have two options to connect their students with federal student loans: direct lending, in which students borrow from the U.S. government, or indirect through the Federal Family Education Loan program, in which students borrow money from federally backed independent banks, credit unions and state agencies.

Until this year, 12 of Michigan's 15 public universities used direct lending. MSU, Eastern Michigan University and Wayne State University participated in FFEL, in part, because their network of lenders had the flexibility to offer benefits the federal government could not. The interest rates in both programs were the same, but the incentives often made the loans cheaper.

Recent upheaval in the capital markets made it impossible for many of these lenders to purchase new federal loans. So this year, FFEL schools had many students who were counting on federal loans from lenders who were no longer doing new business.

"We started seeing it in February," said Cynthia Van Pelt, interim director of financial aid at EMU.

One lender bailed out of the federal loan program, and the staff had to frantically contact students affected to tell them they need to find a new lender. Then it happened again and again.

"It just became a ricochet effect," said Van Pelt, noting she's never seen anything like this in her 30-plus years at EMU. If lenders weren't dropping out, many were reducing the incentives.

Then in April, Michigan halted Michigan Students First.

"Finally we said, 'This is crazy,' " Van Pelt said. "The incentives aren't there anymore. What is the point? We might as well do what everybody else has done (and change to direct lending with the federal government)."

This year, MSU, Eastern and Wayne State all shifted to direct lending and embarked on the cumbersome task of compelling a combined 50,000 students to sign new electronic promissory notes with the federal government.

Al Hermsen, director of financial aid at Wayne State, said direct lending should be simpler for students and won't necessarily mean higher borrowing costs. About 20 percent of Wayne State borrowers participated in the Michigan Students First program, and it's unclear how many of those borrowers could make three years of on-time payments to earn the benefit. According to the state of Michigan, about 75 percent of Michigan Students First borrowers statewide were on track to receive the 0 percent interest rate.

Other states also are affected

The lending problems in Michigan are symptomatic of a nationwide problem. Pennsylvania's higher education assistance agency also suspended its federal loan program. Big-time lenders Citibank and JPMorgan Chase stopped making federal loans to many community colleges and for-profit institutions.

Rattled by the uncertainty of the loan industry, colleges across the country abandoned the FFEL program that relied on independent lenders and turned to the most stable lender -- the federal government. Direct lending colleges shot up from 851 last August to 1,156 this month, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

Wayne County Community College District didn't make the switch to the federal government, even after more than 50 lenders dropped out of the federal loan program, said Marcus McGrew, associate vice chancellor. While the trend is concerning, the college's biggest lender, Nelnet, still remains intact.

"We have several options still available to our students," McGrew said. "Getting the funds is the most important thing and (students) are less concerned about what lender provides the loan."

The bright spot in all this: The federal government recently increased the caps on federal student loans by $2,000 annually, a move that should reduce the need for high-interest private loans. And the federal government's direct lending program is stable, said Draeger, of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. A real crisis would occur if the federal government stopped making loans, and Draeger said he can't foresee that happening.

"The doors of higher education are still open, and (students) shouldn't be deterred from attending school," Draeger said.

But Chris Rolston, 17, is stressed about paying for his EMU tuition.

"Right now I'm barely able to make it," said Rolston, who relies on loans, grants and his $7.40-an-hour campus job. "I'm working this job and plus I'm hoping to get another one off campus. ... And if I didn't have that, I don't think I'd be able to go to college."

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana will use $50 million in state funds to help farmers get low-interest loans — money they can use along with federal funds to restore their flood-damaged fields.

The plan announced Wednesday would give banks incentives to provide the loans to farmers cleaning up from the June floods, which officials are calling one of the worst agriculture disasters in Indiana history. The program could draw federal matching funds to bring farmers $200 million in aid.

Nearly 10 percent of the state’s corn and soybean crops were flooded, which could translate to more than $800 million in lost revenue. Some fields are still littered with debris, while others have had large sections of soil washed away, said Indiana Agriculture Commissioner Andy Miller.

“Those fields are going to need to be rehabilitated before farmers can get back into the practice of farming,” Miller said.

The governors of Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin have asked President Bush to allow the federal government to cover 90 percent of disaster-related costs incurred by state and local governments. Bush authorized $2.7 billion to replenish various disaster aid accounts.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture runs several emergency land conservation programs that pay up to 75 percent of the cost of field restoration projects. But farmers have to raise some local money to get that help, which is why the loan program could be instrumental, said Indiana Treasurer Richard Mourdock.

The state will accept a lower-than-usual interest rate when it deposits money at local banks if the banks agree to lend farmers money at a low interest rate. Banks will determine whether farmers qualify for the loans. Typical loan interest rates are about 5 or 6 percent now, Mourdock said, but qualified farmers could get a rate of 2.25 percent under the program.

The state will be gaining less money on its investments by accepting lower interest rates during the year the program runs. The state could lose out on about $1.1 million, but the federal aid to farmers will outweigh that loss, Mourdock said.

“We might be able to bring $200 million back for that $1.1 million,” Mourdock said. “That’s a good deal.”

One of the things I love to do first thing every morning is to check the Internet, to find out how much money I made over the night. Like a fisherman checking on his trap, I am thrilled to see money accumulating in my account while I sleep. The beauty of earning an income from the Internet is that my websites continue make money for me from all parts of the world. I can actually know where the money come from, and how much, and test the pages to continue improving them. Wouldn't you want that too?

Before you get the wrong idea, let me clear the air about how I make money from the web. HappyJoblessGuy is NOT about earning money from some online pyramid schemes. It is not about Multi-Level Marketing (even though I have no issue about people earning through MLM). It is not about online forex trading. I am going to show you an honest way of generating income from the web but it's going to involve a degree of hard work from you. For sure, nothing comes easy, and that includes building a machine that makes money online.

Do not have your website hosted by PBase, Tripod, Blogger, even though it can be done an hour. If you intend to earn serious, long-time income, that is not the way to do it. You want something that is 100% your own. Once you have your own website (not an account with Blogger, PBase, etc.), you will realise the amount of freedom in your hands.

If you were to ask me, what are the tools you need to build a great website, I can count them with the fingers of one hand. You can hire a web programmer to build a whole website for you, bypassing the need to be acquainted with any tool. But to own a really great website, I would urge you to do it yourself. You can't be the captain of your own ship if you can't tell stern from starboard. I have received emails from people asking to give them personal coaching. I am sorry, but I do not have time to do that, even if you're willing to pay me money.

In the next five pages of this chapter, I will go through each essential tool one by one. At the end of this chapter I will recap what we have learned. You will realise, if you haven't yet, that earning a living without holding a job requires you to learn skills that you may not have learned before. On the other hand, you may have built many websites, and are wondering what's new that I want to share. Once again, I urge you to be patient as the topics are developed.

Now, without further ado, let’s look at the 5 Essential Tools:

The first tool you need to build a great website is a HTML Editor.

A HTML Editor is a software application to write web pages. There are several brands in the market, including Microsoft Frontpage, Adobe Dreamweaver and so on. Personally I would encourage you not to use Microsoft Frontpage, as it tends to add proprietary codes to your pages, making it difficult to be edited with a different HTML Editor. The one I use is called Homesite, also from Adobe. I learned to write webpages with Homesite.

With a HTML Editor, you write the content of your pages by keying in the HTML Codes, and then checking it with the Preview function. If you do not have a HTML Editor presently installed in your computer, I strongly suggest you get one immediately and start fiddling with it. Get used to all the functions. Learn what to click to make the text bold, italics, underlined, etc., how to hyperlink, how to insert picture, and so on. A good HTML Editor does a lot of work for you, so that you can concentrate on putting together a great website. It doesn't matter which one you use, as long as you get familiar with it.

The second Essential Tool you need is knowledge of HTML Codes.

As mentioned in the previous page, you need to learn coding. To be exact, HTML Codes. HTML Codes are instructions you tell the Internet how you want to format your webpages. The basic HTML codes you need to know are:
• Title
• Body
• Head
• Html
• Headers (H1, H2, H3, etc.)
• Bold
• Italic
• Underline
• Hyperlink
• Table

In addition to the above, it would do you good to learn how to format size and colour of your font, background, border. More advanced features such as CSS would be helpful too, but are still all together very easy, that even a dummy could learn it (so if you have to, find a book for dummies and learn all about it).

The third Essential Tool is a Domain Name.

The domain name, also called the hostname or sitename, is the basic name of your website. For example, www.happyjoblessguy.com. As you probably have known, the domain name has an ending such as .com, .net, .org, etc. To use it to earn an income, I would suggest you go for .com. It is the most popular, hence, the most difficult to get. Nonetheless, you should try to get domain names with .com.

You probably will not get the first domain name of your choice, and will need to try a few times before landing on one that is still available. This is a very important exercise, so take all the time you need.

Registering and keeping a domain name will cost you approximately US$10 per year or even lower. That is peanuts if you can earn the amount back. For now, look for the domain name but don't register it yet. Instead go to Essential Tool #4 to read about Web hosting.

The fourth Essential Tool is Web hosting.

To get web hosting means you rent space on a server that will host your website. You do not need to purchase a server - you don't even need to know how a server works. All you need to know is that you need to host your website on it. The Webhost provides you the space and the interface for you to manage your website.

Think of web hosting as a safe deposit box, and the domain name as the safe deposit box number. When you register for web hosting, you are buying space in a safe deposit box. The amount you pay should determine the amount of space you need. For that reason, the web hosting fee is directly related to the amount of space you purchase. The safe deposit box number remains the same, regardless the amount of space you use. In a similar sense, the fee for domain name is fixed regardless the amount of content you have on the web.

When you start your website, the amount of space you need will most likely be pretty low, less than 1GB, so do not pay for a lot of space that you are not going to use. You can always buy more space as your needs grow. If you pay for 5GB per year, and throughout the course of that year, you never use more than 1GB, then the balance 4GB is money wasted.

The fifth and final Essential Tool you need to build a great website is an FTP Software.

An FTP Software is an application that enables you to transfer data from your computer to your website on the Internet, and vice versa. There are many other ways to do it, including using an online interface provided by your webhost, but usually, using an FTP Software is the swiftest way.

The FTP Software allows you to upload new pages to your website as well as update existing pages. The FTP Software that I use is called WS FTP, which stands for WinSock File Transfer Protocol. To download it, google "Free FTP Download" to see what comes up.

In the next chapter, we will look at Building a Profit-Making Website. As of now, I want you to be familiar with the five Essential Tools in this chapter. Please go ahead and register your web hosting and obtain your domain name, but once again, let me urge you to give the domain name a good thinking through before decided which. If you choose a wrong one at the beginning stage, fine, it only costs another US$10 or so to register another. But you need to make sure it is a domain name you want to own for years and years to come. Who knows, one day you may even sell that domain and the whole web business for $1 million?
